Saturn

Saturn is the planet that represents our work and our goals. So the Saturn Card symbolizes for us where our work lies right now so that we can realize our goals. Or alternatively, the Saturn Card symbolizes our goal and focuses our attention on the work required to realize that goal.

Saturn as a planet is known as the teacher. So, The Saturn card symbolizes the lessons to be learned right now, especially related to finances, business, and health. So The Saturn card reveals which lessons one may be learning right now and which lessons one needs to learn.

Saturn symbolizes accountability. The Saturn card shows exactly where and how Life is holding one accountable right now.

For that reason, The Saturn card indicates one's pathway to balance the karmic scales of one's life, settle the debits and credits, restore one's health and wellbeing, and take full responsibility for one's own life experiences.

Saturn teaches one how to rectify what needs rectifying right now. And so, The Saturn card shows exactly what it is that needs to be put back in its right balance now, so that one and one's life can be in smooth, flowing, alignment.

Thus, in contrast, The Saturn card may reveal exactly what it is that one has NOT being doing appropriately, where one has been going wrong, not taking responsibility, and how one has been off course.

For example, if The Saturn card is a 2 of Diamonds, then it’s likely one has not been a good partner or a good teammate and now one must rectify that lack.

Or if The Saturn card is, for example, an Ace of Diamonds, then it’s likely one’ve been avoiding doing the one ambitious thing one knows one should do and now is the time to take responsibility to do that.

Saturn teaches us that we must settle all debts and reconcile all accounts. Saturn is like the cosmic accountant, reminding us that as we have sown, so shall we reap. Under Saturn’s influence we receive our just desserts.

So, whatever arises during one's Saturn period is a perfect rebalancing of the cosmic scales of Life. And again, The Saturn card reveals exactly what form that rebalancing may take.

Under Saturn, the life experience is one of being tested, refined, and sharpened, so that we can be more fully and completely in integrity – strong, and resilient – able to stand clearly and firmly in the clarified truth of who we are.

And again, the Saturn Card clarifies this cosmic accounting process, showing us what the refining process looks like, showing us both the lesson to be learned and how to learn it.
